Benjamin Sutter is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group and focuses on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Trust Administration. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Business group and assists clients with business and tax matters.
In his estate planning practice, Benjamin advises clients of all backgrounds on how to plan for their uncertain futures. His experiences range from assisting farmers and ranchers preserve a farming legacy for future generations to assisting parents with special needs children plan their child’s better future. Benjamin has experience drafting complex trusts including those designed for modern firearms owners to own Title II Firearms under the National Firearms Act and those designed to allow elders to preserve family legacies while simultaneously qualifying for Medicaid benefits. In addition, Benjamin has provided technical tax advice concerning the Federal income, gift, estate and generation-skipping taxes.
In his business practice, Benjamin represents for-profit and non-profit entities in commercial business transactions.
