Henry Geha focuses his practice on commercial transactions, banking and financial institutions, creditors’ rights, real estate, and strategic legal initiatives, involving data compliance, information technology, and supplier relationships. His practice includes both transactional and litigation matters for a range of companies and institutions, with an emphasis on public and closely held companies and financial institutions. In addition, he serves as outside general counsel for various companies.
