Overview

Jeanette Kuhn, Ph.D., is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group and focuses her practice on work relating to the biosciences and advising universities regarding intellectual property matters.  She has experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, IP ownership and licensing, plant and design patents, Bayh-Dole compliance, “tech transfer,” and preparation of opinions on a wide-range of intellectual property matters. 

Jeanette’s unique background in molecular and cellular developmental neurobiology allows her to bring high-level technical expertise to her bioscience and university patent prosecution practice.  She serves a diverse client base including Fortune 500 companies, universities, and start-up ventures.
