Keefe Snyder is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group and focuses his practice in patent, trademark, and copyright law. 

Keefe has experience in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications. Mr. Snyder primarily practices in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. Additional areas of patent practice include software patent applications, patentability analysis, and infringement opinions.

  • Prepared and successfully prosecuted multiple applications relating to an axle disconnect system and method of operation for commercial vehicles;

  • Prepared applications relating to continuously variable variator technology for use with light vehicle driveline technologies;
  • Provided analysis regarding family of software patents in support of client’s successful renegotiation of license terms.
