Ms. Decker is primarily engaged in a construction law practice, representing general contractors, design-builders, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, owners and lenders in all aspects of construction law; particularly, contract negotiation. She advises clients regarding claims management and avoidance, risk allocation and loss prevention, as well as the filing and contesting of mechanics liens.
While Ms. Decker specializes in construction law, she also provides business and commercial law services to business clients, ranging from small, closely held entities to large companies. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio and United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Ms. Decker is a member of American Bar Association (Section Memberships - Business Construction), Ohio State Bar Association and Toledo Bar Association.
