Mr. Kimmet is a patent agent in our intellectual property practice area. He has experience in prosecuting and writing patents for a diverse client base. His patent practice specializes in the electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical arts, which includes appliances, automobiles, glass, and plastic molding equipment and processing systems. He joined Marshall & Melhorn in 2001 after twenty-four years with the Whirlpool Corporation and five years with the Toledo Scale Company.
Mr. Kimmet is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Toledo Patent Law Association and has been a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for over thirty years.
