Mr. Mauer is a member in our intellectual property (IP) practice area. He has substantial experience in IP management, U.S. and international patent prosecution, U.S. trademark prosecution and domestic and international technology licensing.
Additionally, Mr. Mauer has many years experience in environmental law, particularly environmental counseling and compliance. Prior to joining Marshall & Melhorn in 1998, he practiced in the corporate legal department of a multi-national manufacturing company.
