Ms. Meacham is a member of the labor and Employment and Practice Group and the Healthcare Law Group. She represents businesses in all labor and employment matters including management of strategic responses to union organizing campaigns; negotiation and ongoing management of labor contracts; advice and representation in DOL wage and hour audits; employment litigation in both administrative and judicial proceedings; and the conduct of employment compliance audits and supervisor trainings in employment law. Ms. Meacham also serves as outside general counsel for numerous non-profit healthcare corporations and in addition to employment matters advises on regulatory Compliance including Medicare, Medicaid, HIPPA, antikickback and fraud and abuse, confidentiality, privileges, and negotiating healthcare provider agreements. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section; Health Care Law Section), Ohio State Bar Association (Employment Law Section; Health Care Law Section) and Toledo Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section).
