Ms. Moody is a member in the medical malpractice defense department. She has extensive experience in representing physicians, hospitals and other health care practitioners and facilities. She joined Marshall & Melhorn in 2000, after practicing with Jacobson, Maynard, Tuschman and Kalur Co., L.P.A. for twelve years exclusively in the area of medical malpractice defense.
Ms. Moody is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States Supreme Court, and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western District. She is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Medical College of Ohio and is a member of the MCO Board of Trustees.
