He has a broad IP practice dealing with patentability and trademark availability assessment, preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, patent and trademark infringement and validity counseling, licensing and other intellectual property agreements, and intellectual property litigation support. He joined Marshall & Melhorn in 1988.
