E-mail: wilkowski@marshall-melhorn.com Mr. Wilkowski joined Marshall & Melhorn in 2009, bringing to the firm a broad mix of public and private sector experience in law and government. Having served as the Law Director for the City of Toledo and as legal counsel for a variety of suburban communities and public agencies, Mr. Wilkowski’s practice includes business, government and litigation. He chairs the firm’s newly established Advanced Energy and Green Initiatives Practice Group to help the firm’s clients take advantage of the opportunities presented by Northwest Ohio’s new energy economy. Mr. Wilkowski has negotiated and drafted economic development and tax sharing agreements on behalf of both private businesses and public entities. In 2003, Mr. Wilkowski served as Special Counsel to the City of Toledo in litigation upholding the City’s Clean Indoor Air Act. Mr. Wilkowski is a member of the American, Ohio State and Toledo Bar Associations.
