Mr. Hamilton is an associate in our Intellectual Property practice area. Prior to joining Marshall & Melhorn, Mr. Hamilton worked in research and development and as in-house IP counsel. Mr. Hamilton’s industry experience includes photovoltaics, glass technology, thin films, chemical process design, mechanical system design, and chemistry. He joined Marshall & Melhorn in 2010.
Mr. Hamilton is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and also before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
