Houghton, MI City Council Approves Adult-Use and Medical Marijuana Ordinances

Overview

On July 22, 2020, Houghton’s City Council passed two ordinances approving both adult-use and medical marijuana licenses within the city. Now, with these two ordinances, there is no limit to the number of licenses that may be granted for recreational or medicinal cannabis shops.
