DRIVING NORTH ON I-75

• Take Downtown Exit 201B.
• The exit ramp merges with the Anthony Wayne Trail and then curves left onto Erie Street.
• Follow Erie Street for about one block until you come to Washington Street.
• Turn right onto Washington and proceed southeast to Summit Street.
• Turn left onto Summit and continue northeast on Summit to Adams Street.
• Turn left on Adams, proceed one block, then turn right on St. Clair Street.
• Enter the Four SeaGate underground garage on the right off St. Clair Street.

DRIVING SOUTH ON I-75

• Follow signs for I-280 to I-80-90 Turnpike.
• Get in the left-hand lane and take Exit 208 to I-280.
• Travel south on I-280 to Summit Street Downtown Exit 10A.
• Turn right on Jackson, proceed one block, then turn left on St. Clair Street.
• Enter the Four SeaGate underground garage on the left off St. Clair Street.

DRIVING SOUTH ON US-23

• Follow signs for I-475 East to Toledo.
• Just south of Michigan-Ohio line, get in the left-hand lane and take I-475 East to I-75 South (Dayton).
• Follow signs to Downtown Toledo.
• Travel south on I-75 to Downtown Washington Street Exit 202A.
• The exit ramp curves left onto Indiana Avenue.
• Follow signs for Washington Street.
• Turn right onto Washington and proceed southeast to Summit Street.
• Turn left onto Summit and continue northeast on Summit Street to Adams Street.
• Turn left on Adams, proceed one block, then turn right on St. Clair Street.
• Enter the Four SeaGate underground garage on the left off St. Clair Street.

DRIVING EAST ON I-80 / I-90 TURNPIKE

• Use Turnpike Exit 4A for I-75 North.
• Proceed north on I-75 to Downtown Toledo.
• Take Downtown Exit 201B.

DRIVING WEST ON I-80 / I-90 TURNPIKE

• Use Turnpike Exit 4A for I-75 North.
• Proceed north on I-75 to Downtown Toledo.

Parking

Our Toledo office is located at Four SeaGate on the building’s 8th floor. A parking garage is available for our clients and is located under the building. Click here to view our printable parking garage instructions. The parking garage is only accessible from St. Clair Street, located on the northwest side of the building. In the garage, there are several reserved parking spaces available for our clients. These reserved spaces are located along the back wall of the parking garage. Once you are parked, the elevator located in the blue entrance will take you to the lobby, where you will check-in with a Four SeaGate security officer.  After checking in with security, you will be provided access to the 8th floor. Please bring your parking ticket to the receptionist at the front desk to have it validated.

For larger vehicles or for those who would prefer to avoid the parking garage, there are several city-owned parking spots available on St. Clair Street and Adams Street. Parking meters are free for street parking between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and on holidays and weekends. Please follow all of the City’s posted instructions for payment and hours for all metered spots, as we cannot validate these spots.

Arrival

Once parked, please take the elevator near the entrance ramp to the lobby, where you will check-in with a Four SeaGate security officer. After checking in with security, you will be provided access to the 8th floor. Please bring your parking ticket to the receptionist at the front desk for validation.
