Drew Nitschke is a member of the Business as well as Trusts & Estates practice groups. He concentrates his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration and matters pertaining to business organizations, including formation, owners’ agreements, and dispositions.
Drew advises clients with respect to estate planning matters from basic wills and trusts to complex tax and asset protection planning for affluent professionals and business owners. Drew also counsels clients on succession planning, including planning for the succession of their closely held companies as well as for their accumulated assets. Drew particularly enjoys working closely with clients in the formation, implementation and maintenance of tailor-made succession plans.
Drew assists clients in all areas of their businesses, from acting as a trusted advisor and sounding board regarding operational and growth strategies to advising with respect to buy-sell agreements, close corporation agreements, and operating agreements. He also advises clients on structuring acquisitions and divestitures, and manages the implementation of such transactions.
