Overview

Henry Geha is a member of the firm’s Business department.  He focuses his practice on commercial transactions, real estate, construction, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, while representing a broad range of business enterprises in various industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, distribution, banking, health care, and professional services.

Henry serves as outside general counsel for closely held businesses, providing day-to-day legal and strategic advice on issues including formation and entity selection, financing, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, employment, software licensing, litigation among other matters.  Henry also works with the firm’s trusts and estates team to address client needs related to estate and succession planning.

Prior to entering the legal field, Henry held positions focused on technology and system analytics.

• Represented syndicators of Low Income Housing Tax Credits in workouts, and year-15 related strategy and initiatives.

• Represented a regional wireless corporation in its stock sale to large national corporation.

• Represented a national corporation’s acquisition of a federally regulated business.

• Represented a technology company in its stock sale to a national private equity firm.
