Kris Ragan is a patent agent in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group and focuses on patents, trademarks and domain names.  She has experience in the mechanical field and in all aspects of intellectual priority law, including patent and trademark prosecution on a worldwide scale.  In addition, she has a wide range of experience in protecting trademarks and domain names both foreign and domestic.

Kris primarily serves a Fortune 500 company and also some regional companies.  She works with inventors and associates internationally to prosecute and prepare patent applications with the USPTO.  Kris also works with associates internationally in the filing, prosecution and renewal of trademarks. 

Prior to joining Marshall Melhorn in 2009, Kris worked at Dana Incorporated in their in-house Intellectual Property group.
