Mark Hixon is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group and focuses his practice in patent, trademark, and copyright law.
Mark serves a diverse client base ranging from International corporations to individual inventors, focusing on the chemical and mechanical fields. In his patent law practice, he focuses on the pursuit of US and foreign patents. He also prepares infringement opinions, patentability opinions, clearance opinions, and patent validity studies.
Mark’s trademark law practice focuses on client counseling and the acquisition and protection of US Trademarks.
Mark enjoys providing services for large foreign and domestic corporations in pursuit of protection of their intellectual property rights, but also enjoys providing opportunities for local businesses and individuals to protect their innovations and expand their opportunities for growth and success.
