Overview

Meghan Anderson Roth is a member of the firm primarily practicing in employment law, representing clients in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FMLA, and wrongful discharge disputes as well as workers compensation matters and unemployment hearings.

She also handles grievance arbitrations and advises clients on day-to-day issues including employee discipline, hiring and firing decisions, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, and employee policies and handbooks. She works with business owners and human resources departments to craft and implement workable policies and resolve employment disputes early so that costly litigation is avoided.

In addition to her employment law practice, she also represents businesses in all aspects of litigation including shareholder and contract disputes, insurance coverage, fair debt collection defense, eminent domain, products liability, and general commercial litigation. 

Meghan is also a member of the firm’s recruiting committee.

  • Successfully defended businesses and debt collection agencies from fair debt collection and fair credit reporting act claims
  • Represented clients in products liability matters, including complex asbestos litigation involving hundreds of claimants
  • Represented owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes
  • Worked pro bono representing victims of domestic violence in obtaining civil protection orders
