Michael Gonzalez is a member of the firm’s health care practice group. 

Mike has represented healthcare providers and organizations in a variety of contexts since he graduated from law school in 1998.  Mike’s practice focuses on representation of physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, health insurance companies and other health care providers. 

Mike counsels his clients in areas such as provider and managed care contracting, compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and other payment regulations, fraud and abuse laws, the Stark law, HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations, and physician staff privilege and licensure matters.  Mike also specializes in subrogation and reimbursement issues and represents his clients in a variety of litigation matters.
