Benjamin G. Sutter

Benjamin G.P. Sutter is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group and focuses on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Trust Administration. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Business group and assists clients with business and tax matters. Benjamin was named a “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America®” for his exceptional work in Trusts and Estates beginning in 2024.

In his estate planning practice, Benjamin advises clients of all backgrounds on how to plan for their uncertain futures. His experiences range from assisting farmers and ranchers preserve a farming legacy for future generations to assisting parents with special needs children plan their child’s better future. Benjamin has experience drafting complex trusts and has provided technical tax advice concerning the Federal gift, estate and generation-skipping taxes.
