Brittney Shreffler is a member of the Business and Real Estate & Construction law practice groups.

She represents developers, owners, and other users in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, development, leasing, disposition, and land use.

Brittney’s clients include local and regional developers, real estate investment trusts, health care organizations, public school districts, and other businesses in a variety of industries. In addition, Brittney is experienced in advising closely-held businesses on a broad range of business matters, including corporate formation, reorganization, and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and sales, license, distribution, other commercial agreements.
