Jourdan M. Miller

Jourdan launched her paralegal career as an intern at Marshall Melhorn and currently works full-time in the Trusts and Estates Department. She primarily focuses on administering trusts and estates with a minor focus on estate planning.

Jourdan assists in all aspects of file management, including drafting and commencing preliminary probate filings, categorizing trust report detail, preparing and processing a variety of claim forms to transfer and liquidate assets, and communicating with clients to better understand their needs and wishes.

The most fulfilling part of her position as a paralegal is providing support and assisting clients through a challenging time. She understands that court pleadings and documents are usually the last thing they need to worry about. She also enjoys making certain that the attorneys have everything they need and all documents ready for their meetings to run as efficiently as possible.

Jourdan obtained her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies, cum laude, at the University of Toledo in 2016, an American Bar Association approved program.
