Karen J. Craig

Karen has been with Marshall Melhorn since 1989. She has served as a paralegal since 2000 and performs duties mainly in the labor and litigation departments.

She has assisted with labor negotiations, arbitrations, preparation of responses to Ohio Civil Rights charges and with all matters involving labor litigation. Karen routinely works with the firm’s Education Section and has provided support to the firm’s educational clients for immense data requests from both the Office of Civil Rights, Department of Justice and the Ohio Department of Education.

Her experience with business-based litigation has included complex construction arbitration and litigation, insurance defense lawsuits, breach of contract matters, product liability, and patent infringement.
