Ken White is the firm's General Counsel, advising on issues relating to legal ethics and law firm management.
With more than 40 years of experience in representing clients in various insurance related matters, Ken's practice focuses on the preservation and recovery of insurance related assets for individual and business policyholders. He also counsels and assists clients in other insurance areas, such as scope of coverage determinations, reservation of rights situations and policy coverage reviews.
In addition to handling a variety of general litigation matters, Ken has extensive experience in the professional liability arena, having represented physicians, hospitals and attorneys, collectively, in hundreds of lawsuits and claims. He has made numerous presentation on medical-legal issues and was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Ohio.
Ken also has training and experience in alternative dispute resolution, encompassing mediation training provided through various programs, including Harvard Law School’s PIL, and serving as a neutral both privately retained and in mediation programs for courts.
