Molly M. Troendle

Molly is a paralegal in the firm’s Business group, with a focus on creditors’ rights. Molly works with community and regional banks and agricultural lenders, assisting with loan documentation, restructure, forbearance, bankruptcy, foreclosure, receivership, and collection matters. Molly also has experience in commercial litigation, real estate and general business matters, including preparation of pleadings, discovery, due diligence, and business formation.
