Rebecca Wenman

Rebecca Wenman is an associate attorney in the firm’s Trusts and Estates and Business Law practice groups. She works with our clients to meet their diverse estate planning and business needs.

Prior to joining Marshall Melhorn, Rebecca worked as an associate attorney for a private practice estate planning and business law firm in Perrysburg, Ohio. She has also served as a law clerk at the Michigan Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Rebecca worked at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, the University of Toledo Civil Advocacy Clinic, the University of Toledo Law Library, and the Staff Counsel of the Cincinnati Insurance Company. She served as an Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.
