He has been involved in hundreds of intellectual property matters with a focus on preparing and prosecuting patent, trademark and copyright applications. Steve specializes in developing cost-effective and legally powerful IP portfolios for clients of all sizes.

Steve has a proven track record of selecting, assembling and leading teams of domestic and foreign legal professionals to operate the global IP operations of a Fortune 500 company. Steve guides those teams to develop intellectual property strategies that align with business growth objectives while managing risk and transforming IP portfolios.

Steve is also actively involved in policing client's rights including investigations, raids, internet takedown actions, and other legal actions around the globe.

Steve has decades of experience preparing legal opinions and advising on agreements including licensing, terms and conditions, distribution and marketing agreements, development agreements, joint IP ownership agreements and non-disclosure agreements. IP due diligence investigations are a key part of Steve's practice as well.
