Employment Law

We have a proven track record of providing cost-effective counsel and solutions for employers dealing with the ever-changing field of employment law. Our lawyers devote considerable time to counseling clients and conducting training on the latest developments in federal and state employment laws. We are also skilled and experienced in defending employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal government agencies.

Labor Law

In unionized workplaces, we work with employers to build mutually beneficial labor relations, while advancing management’s right to direct the workplace. In non-union settings, we have extensive experience assisting clients in maintaining non-union status.

Workers' Compensation

We represent self-insured and state fund insured employers before the Ohio Industrial Commission and Ohio courts. Our primary goal is to reduce the cost of the employer’s workers’ compensation program.
